The 911 Services Board adopted a new Kentucky NG911 Road Map at its Dec. 1, 2020, meeting.
The road map includes a comprehensive NG911 readiness assessment. This dynamic​ document will help PSAPs and the 911 Services Board chart a course to implement NG911 statewide.
